You fly the PMDG 737 on MSFS, or you're actively working toward it. This is our aircraft and our platform. No exceptions.
More Than a Pilot
We're not looking for someone who just wants sim time or a spot on stream. Show up to meetings, bring ideas, help the team move forward.
Know the Mission
You know who we are, who we fly for, and why it matters. We want crew who actually care about the cause, not just the flights.
ATC Competent
You know how to talk to ATC or you're committed to learning. We fly online with proper procedures. You don't need to be perfect, but you need to take it seriously.
Active Year-Round
WorldFlight isn't the only thing we do. We want crew who are engaged all year, not just when the big event rolls around.
Ready to Learn
Nobody walks in knowing everything. Attitude matters more than hours logged.
